  • Provide and maintain the SalonBhai dashboard.
  • Calculate daily ledgers and staff commissions.
  • Notify you of account updates or subscription expirations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. We utilize strict Firestore Security Rules to ensure that your salon's financial data is isolated and only accessible by authenticated users linked to your specific account.

Protection Against Fraud: SalonBhai.com maintains a strict policy regarding the security of your financial data. Our official representatives will never contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to request sensitive authentication information, including One-Time Passwords (OTPs), account PINs, UPI details, or banking credentials. Any such communication claiming to be from SalonBhai.com should be considered fraudulent and ignored. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data to advertisers or third-party brokers. We only share necessary technical data with our secure infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase for database hosting and authentication) to operate the app.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

SalonBhai uses essential cookies (such as the __session cookie) to authenticate your session securely. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

As a SalonBhai user, you have the right to:

In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
