Welcome to SalonBhai. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SalonBhai web application and services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
SalonBhai provides a digital financial ledger and management tool (“Software”) designed for salon owners to track transactions, staff commissions, and services.
2. Account Registration
To use SalonBhai, you must register using a valid email address or Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Free Trial: We may offer up to a 60-day free trial. Upon expiration, access to the core ledger will be restricted until a subscription is purchased.
Payments: Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
4. Limitation of Liability and Accuracy of Calculations
SalonBhai.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We provide a digital ledger framework designed to automate standard daily transactions and commission splits.
Verification of Logic: While we strive for mathematical precision, our software applies standardized calculation models. It is your sole responsibility to review the app's calculation logic to ensure it strictly aligns with your salon's specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and payout structures.
No Financial Liability: Under no circumstances shall SalonBhai.com be held legally or financially liable for any loss of profits, revenue discrepancies, miscalculations, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use of our Software. It remains the salon owner's responsibility to periodically audit their digital ledger.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on SalonBhai are owned by SalonBhai and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or system infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request data export before account closure by contacting support@salonbhai.com.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of SalonBhai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
10. Governing Language
These Terms of Service are originally drafted in English. While SalonBhai may provide translations of these terms into other languages for your convenience, the English language version shall be the sole authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Users are encouraged to refer to the English version for complete clarity.
